Baffle plate: the material is the same as interior panel, the excellent design for the position and angles of the baffle plate makes the air uniform distribution, no blind angle. Regularly, the rate between the topper, middle and low baffle and the air exhaust outlet is 50(±10mm), in order to make all gas exhaust out. We can increase the rate between the middle, low and air outlet to 80%(including) and above in order to meet the request for different.

Worktop: 13mm Phenolic Resin

Base Cabinet: steel bracket is weld of quadrate pipe and coated with epoxy resin powder. The exterior is made of 18mm melamine and with adjustable pad.

Door panel for base cabinet: MDF, sealed with 2mm PVC water-proof, elegant appearance.

Auxiliary air intake: placed below the foreplate of the fume hood, punched of cold-rolled steel. It can provide the air source and reduce the air torrent below the viewing window when the view window is close in order to reduce the opening air speed.

The frame and track for the adjustbale door:

When we install the right and left hanging steel rope, the steel cable should be completely hidden in the track that can guarantee the safe of the steel rope and prevent chemical corrosion by not rubing with the track when the steel cable is pulled up and down.

In order to make the user push the door up and down convenient, we should make the design of the handle of the adjustable door meet the human engineering theory.

We combine the frame and glass of the adjustable door by alying to guarantee its safe and durable.

Hanging steel rope: there is one double steel cables for each side for a fume hood, the bearing weight for each cables is not less than 150kg, durable.

Pulley block for steel cable:

Pulley fixed seat: pressed by not less than 2mm galvanizing steel, with double-faced wrapped drop-proof design to guarantee its stable.

Pulley: machined of not less than ï¿ 35mm nylon

Pulley bearing: ball bearing and steel bearing centring bar

Balance weight: single balance weight box design, prevent wabble and collide by limit the up and down track.

Gathering gas hood: High molecular plastic molded, integrated and shaped to taper necking down acid and alkali resisitant gathering gas hood. The bottom entrance is rectangle, the pipe caliber of the top entrance is about ï¿ 250mm,the height for the outlet connecting the caliber is not less than50mm for connecting the air duct. The good average for gathering gas and low pressure drop depend on its good angel and roundness for collecting gas.

Lighting equipment: all-cover lamp holder(heat dissipation lamp), a glass with a 5mm(±5%) thickness is installed in bottom, a 220V/40W lighting is installed in lamp-cover

Switch: a ON/OFF switch for electromotor of fume hood, lighting switch, 220V/10A two-three outlet, introduction for all the them
